Salary: £27,000 - 28,000 per year Requirements: I am looking for individuals who have experience in IT technical support, particularly within a commercial setting. You should be familiar with troubleshooting 1st or 2nd line level inquiries and have working knowledge of O365 and Windows 10, including servers 2016/19. Exposure to firewall security is also essential. It is important that you have a proven ability to problem-solve and can collaborate effectively with internal teams, especially with the IT manager based at the Burton office. Furthermore, experience with core networking systems, including routers, switches, WiFi backups, and VOIP systems is advantageous. Familiarity with CISCO and DNS / DHCP knowledge will also be a plus. Responsibilities: In this brand new role, you will be tasked with supporting our three core sites located in Glasgow, Scunthorpe, and Burton. Your primary focus will be on maintaining and supporting the technical estate, which includes desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, touchscreens, and internal telephone systems. You will use our JIRA system to manage service desk tickets, ensuring that requests are responded to within agreed SLAs.
