We are looking for a seasoned Senior Product Research Strategist to join our dynamic team at our HQ in Dubai, UAE. This role is a hybrid position for someone who thinks like a Product Manager but loves research. You will be the key link between user understanding and product strategy, influencing our roadmap and innovation.

What Youll Do:
* Drive Product Strategy: Conduct user, market, and competitive research to identify opportunities and shape product direction.
* Translate Insights into Action: Convert complex data into clear product requirements, user stories, and strategic recommendations.
* Collaborate for Impact: Work with Product Managers, Data Analysts, and Designers to validate hypotheses, measure success, and achieve business outcomes.
* Influence Decision-Making: Provide insights that inform tactics and long-term strategy.
Who You Are (Qualifications):
* 4+ years of experience in research with exposure to product management practices.
* Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills.
* Ownership mindset — you own problems and drive insights to execution.
* Resilient, thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
* Excellent communicator and stakeholder engager.
