The Role We are looking for a dedicated Assessor to manage a caseload of learners and support them through high‑quality training and assessment. In this role, you will help design and deliver engaging learning programmes that enable participants to successfully achieve their qualifications, including full Apprenticeship Standards. Working closely with employers, you will play a vital part in developing learners, guiding them to meet their goals and inspiring them to overcome any barriers to success. Key Responsibilities * Plan, conduct and participate in induction and initial assessment of learners to identify realistic learning priorities and, in liaison with the employer, develop individual learning plans and agree realistic completion targets.
