Registered Manager - 3-Bed EBD Children's Home
Leader Recruitment Group have partnered with a Client seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a brand-new, 3-bed EBD children's home in Rawtenstall. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to establish and develop a high-quality service that prioritizes placement matching and child-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the home through Ofsted registration, ensuring full regulatory compliance
* Maintain high standards to achieve GOOD/Outstanding inspection ratings
* Recruit, manage, and develop a strong and stable staff team
* Create a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment for children and young people
* Work closely with the Responsible Individual, who has extensive experience in children's residential homes
Candidate Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a children's residential home
* Previous Ofsted registration experience, with a track record of GOOD/Outstanding ratings
* Strong leadership and team development skills
* A deep understanding of placement matching and individual care planning
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards)
* Excellent knowledge of Ofsted regulations and children's residential care standards
* Competitive salary of £50,000 - £55,000, plus performance-related bonuses
