Job Description Hospital Manager – Nurse Qualified | Specialist Neurorehabilitation Service | Up to £61,500 Contract: 12-month Fixed Term Salary: Up to £61,000 per annum Our client, a leading specialist neurorehabilitation and complex mental health hospital is looking for an experienced and values-driven Hospital Manager to lead their dynamic team. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract – an excellent opportunity for an established Hospital Manager or Registered Manager to drive service excellence and lead with purpose. The service provides person-centred care for adults with neurological conditions, brain injuries, complex mental health needs, and behaviours that challenge, supporting recovery The Hospital Manager will be responsible for the overall leadership, operational management, and regulatory compliance of the hospital, ensuring that the highest standards of clinical and therapeutic care are consistently delivered. This is a hands-on leadership role for a nurse-qualified professional with a strong track record in service management. What We’re Looking For: NMC-registered Nurse (RMN, RNLD, or RGN) – essential Proven experience as a Hospital Manager or Registered Manager within a mental health, neurorehab, or complex care setting In-depth understanding of CQC regulations, clinical governance, and risk management Strong leadership and team development skills Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal abilities A collaborative and person-centred leadership style, with a focus on quality improvement Experience supporting individuals with neurological conditions, acquired brain injury, or complex behavioural needs is highly desirable What’s in It for You?
