Experienced Bookkeeper
We’re looking for an Experienced Bookkeeper with great values, real ambition and an entrepreneurial mindset – someone who will want to come on board and immerse themselves into the DNA of what we do. Holly & Co is in a period of fast growth following the launch of our retail marketplace and this role will expand and develop with the business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Overall responsibility of the day-to-day financials including reconciling our daily trading, accounts receivable & payable, cash and bank, identifying any differences and resolving these where necessary.
2. Supporting the preparation of our monthly retail trading reports, management accounts and VAT returns plus all aspects of bookkeeping.
3. Having a clear view on the cashflow of the business.
4. Understanding the activities of the business (revenue and costs) and ensuring that the day to day financials fully represent these activities.
5. Helping to provide financial oversight and analysis to support commercial, operational and strategic decisions.
6. Being the key point of liaison between finance and the business by working with all members of the organisation to ensure that the business performance is understood, and is timely and accurate.
