A high-growth financial services firm is seeking a commercially minded and highly organised Strategic Programme Specialist to join its Strategy & Business Operations team in London.
Working closely with senior leadership, this is a high-visibility opportunity to support strategic initiatives across business operations, technology, trading, and transformation projects within a fast-paced investment banking environment.

Responsibilities
* Support the coordination and delivery of strategic business initiatives across multiple workstreams
* Track project milestones, actions, dependencies, and risks across concurrent programmes
* Prepare presentations, reporting packs, and briefing materials for senior stakeholders
* Liaise with internal teams to gather updates, monitor progress, and escalate blockers where required
* Maintain accurate project documentation, logs, and governance records
* Contribute to process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency projects
* Support the implementation of tools and workflows to improve collaboration and productivity
Requirements
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
* Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
* Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
* Interest in investment banking, trading, technology, or business operations
* Comfortable working in a fast-moving and evolving environment
* Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented approach
Desirable Experience
* Exposure to project management or task tracking tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or Microsoft Project
* Interest in AI tools, workflow automation, or emerging productivity technologies
* Exposure to reporting, analytics, or data visualisation tools
