CNC Setter My client a leading engineer company who due to continued growth and investment are seeking a highly skilled CNC Setter to join their team. The main responsibilities of this position are to program their CNC lathes, set up their machines and grow the department. Key Responsibilities: Strong level of setting of multi-axis CNC lathes. Write, edit, and optimise CNC programs for new and existing projects. Oversee and perform routine machine and tool maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure equipment longevity. Ensure all components are deburred and finished to the required standards before moving to the next stage of production. Organise orders and streamline processes to ensure the most efficient output of parts. Actively support and implement lean manufacturing practices and continuous process improvements to reduce waste and increase output.
