OTE £56,250 - up to £45,000 base salary with up to 25% performance‑related bonus

Role Responsibilities:
🧩 What You’ll Do
* Lead and inspire your team to deliver outstanding childcare
* Drive quality and continuous improvement across the nursery
* Embed and champion our BeeCurious curriculum, ensuring rich, child‑led learning experiences
* Ensure full compliance with safeguarding, health & safety, and Ofsted standards
* Manage budgets and resources effectively
* Build strong, positive relationships with families and staff
* Support staff development and wellbeing, helping your team grow
Required Qualifications:

* Level 3 childcare qualification (NNEB, BTEC, CACHE, NVQ)
* Experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Manager
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Passionate about delivering outstanding childcare
