Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the kitchen operations
- Plan and develop menus, ensuring variety and quality of food
- Cook and prepare meals according to recipes and standards
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, providing guidance and support
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with restaurant management to meet customer needs and preferences
Skills:
- Strong culinary skills with a focus on food preparation and presentation
- Experience in supervising and leading a team in a fast-paced restaurant kitchen
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
