We are seeking motivated, enthusiastic, reliable individuals for a position at Lochbroom Residential Home, Ullapool. The role involves providing high-quality, flexible, and responsive care, ensuring residents are at the heart of everything we do and supporting their wellbeing to meet daily needs and lead fulfilling lives.
Previous experience in social care is desirable but not essential. You must register with the SSSC, which requires a SVQ 2 in Social Care or a relevant qualification, or a willingness to work towards this within 5 years of appointment.
A full induction and ongoing training will be provided, supported by experienced practitioners and managers.
This role does not meet the eligibility criteria for a Skilled Worker visa or a Health and Care Worker visa. NHS Highland cannot provide a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS).
