Reporting to the Head of People you will be an integral part of the Support Office Team at Bodyset and are expected to act as an ambassador for the Company and with accountability for supporting the operational teams and management of HR function.
This role is a 6 month fixed term contract and could be offered on a full time or part time basis
Responsibilities:
Recruitment Administration – 80%
* Manage job postings across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, website, job boards).
* Screen applications, conduct first stage introductory interviews and organise candidate CVs for review by hiring managers.
* Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate and manager availability.
* Handle candidate communications, including acknowledgements, status updates, and follow-ups
* Maintain accurate recruitment records and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
* Use LinkedIn Recruiter to build a short and long term recruitment pipeline in strategic locations
* Work with the Head of People & Recruitment to improve recruitment efficiency and time to hire
* Manage the onboarding process including offer letters and pre-employment checks (DBS checks etc) ensuring compliance with right-to-work and company policies.
* Manage the full onboarding administration, including new starter paperwork and induction planning
* Generate recruitment reports for management, including pipeline, time-to-hire, and diversity metrics
General HR administration – 20%
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records for all employees.
* Support reporting and HR data analysis to inform people decisions.
* Conduct monthly compliance checks to ensure adherence to employment laws and internal policies.
* Manage employee lifecycle administration, including changes, leavers, and internal movements.
* Be the first point of contact for all HR queries

Essential skills:
* Previous full lifecycle recruitment administration experience
* Proficient in using recruitment tools and platforms including Applicant Tracking Systems and LinkedIn recruiter
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Highly operational and able to think about the overall business
* Works cross functionally with all teams in the business
* Excellent communication skills and professional style
* Self starter – highly motivated to be self sufficient, proactive and show high levels of initiative
Desirable skills:
* CIPD qualification desirable but not critical with relevant industry experience
* Experience with Staffology HR/Payroll and Teamtailor ATS
* Experience recruiting in the Healthcare/Physiotherapy industry
