Assistant / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor – Prime Residential
Location: Waltham Abbey/London
Salary: Circa £40,000
We’re recruiting on behalf of a busy, design led construction company delivering high spec refurbishments, conversions, and new builds across London’s most prestigious areas. With a projected turnover of over £20m and a strong pipeline of secured and upcoming work, they’re looking for a capable Assistant to Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.

About You
* Recently graduated from university or college in a QS related discipline, with some relevant experience
* Exposure to high end construction, shopfitting, or premium subcontractors
* Commercially aware, proactive, and keen to grow
* Reliable, detail-focused, and ready to take ownership
