Your new role
We are looking for a highly organised, motivated individual to undertake the role of Contracts and Compliance Specialist within our Partnership Living team (within Supported Housing). This position is a part-time role (20 hours per week) based in our Eastleigh office but this is subject to negotiation (travel to London will also be required), with working hours 9am to 1pm Monday to Friday (this working pattern is open to negotiation).
You will provide specialist advice and monitoring of contracts and compliance which will include contracts negotiation (for example service level agreements, lease agreements and void agreements) with support providers and local authorities. You will also work with internal colleagues and support providers to deliver full compliance with landlord Health & Safety legislative and regulatory requirements for the Partnership Living portfolio and ensure effective risk minimisation.
Previous experience of the Housing sector is preferred, as is the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will need excellent communication, negotiation and persuasion skills and will need to have strong I.T. and organisational skills, as well as high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
As part of this role you will need the ability to work across the whole of Abri's geography, when required.
This is an excellent opportunity for proactive, well organised individual looking to contribute to a small, hardworking and caring team dedicated to delivering high-quality services to our customers and partners.
