Role & Responsibilities
1. Oversee construction phases of projects, ensuring time, cost and quality targets are met
2. Coordinate and manage contractors, subcontractors, consultants and stakeholders
3. Interface with design, planning and technical teams to resolve on-site issues
4. Monitor progress, quality assurance, and health & safety compliance
5. Report project status to senior leadership and clients
6. Assist in preparing project programmes, budgets, and resource forecasts.
Required Skills & Experience
7. Demonstrable experience managing construction projects (ideally in the built environment/design sector)
8. Strong contract and commercial understanding
9. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
10. Ability to problem-solve proactively and make confident decisions onsite
11. Familiarity with construction health & safety regulations and standards
12. Flexibility to work full-time or part-time (minimum 3 days/week).
