Care Coordinator – Beccles Branch

Home Support Matters is looking for a highly organised and people-focused Care Coordinator to join our Beccles team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem solving, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to make a real difference in people’s lives.
What You’ll Do
* Coordinate rotas and allocate care/support staff to ensure continuity of care.
* Be the central contact for customers, families, and professionals.
* Support new referrals, care planning and customer communications.
* Maintain accurate records and use electronic monitoring systems.
* Line manage care/support workers and support with queries.
* Monitor service delivery, resolve issues and escalating where needed.
* Take part in the weekend on-call rota (8 hours every 2 weeks either a Sat or Sun, no field deployment, managed from home. Paid in addition to salary at enhanced rate).
What We’re Looking For
* Strong communication and telephone skills.
* Good IT and administrative abilities.
* Customer service experience (1 year+).
* Experience in the care sector.
* Ability to prioritise, multitask and stay calm under pressure.
* Desirable: Experience managing people or working in a regulated care setting.
