Skills Focus
You’ll work alongside nurses and healthcare professionals to deliver hands‑on care and support to patients. From assisting with daily activities to helping maintain a safe and comfortable environment, your role is vital to the smooth running of the hospital during this busy season.

Main Responsibilities
 * Assist patients with personal care and mobility
 * Support admissions, discharges, and general ward duties
 * Help prepare equipment and maintain cleanliness
 * Communicate clearly with patients, families, and staff
 * Record observations and report concernsPromote dignity, respect, and independence
Requirements
 * At least 6 months recent NHS or care experience within the last 3 years
 * Enhanced background check clearance
 * NVQ Level 2 or equivalent (preferred but not essential)
