SF Partners are delighted to be supporting a large, international organisation to recruit a Senior Finance Business Partner into a high-profile, commercially focused role supporting multiple business units.
Role and Responsibilities
* Reporting to a Finance Director, you will take ownership of management accounting, financial accounting, and business partnering activity across a portfolio of projects.
* This is a highly visible role, working closely with senior operational stakeholders to drive performance and support strategic decision-making.
* Partner with operational and commercial teams to support budgeting and forecasting.
* Provide finance support and challenge to senior stakeholders.
* Deliver insightful analysis on financial performance, risks, and opportunities.
* Oversee financial accounting, including balance sheet reconciliations and audit compliance.
* Monitor operating and capital expenditure.
* Ensure accurate treatment of revenue and costs in line with reporting requirements.
* Produce clear, value-adding reporting to support decision making.
* Drive continuous improvement in finance processes and systems.
About You
* ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified.
* Strong business partnering or commercial finance experience.
* Confident communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
* Analytical, proactive, and solutions-focused.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
* Strong systems skills (ERP experience beneficial).
