As a Key Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the US Sales team and will be a part of contributing to the overall success of the team.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Assisting the sales team in converting sales leads through effective costing and quotations for the US Market.
* Maintaining and updating the CRM system
* Preparing and distributing sales reports and analyses to support data-driven decision-making
* Coordinating and scheduling meetings and presentations for the sales team
* Providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
* Essential experience within Senior Operations / Sales / Business development / Account Management role with Travel
* Working with costings and quotations for Itineraries
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
* Strong organisational and time management abilities
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills English.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
