This role sits at the intersection of design, storytelling, and emerging technology, focusing on producing premium motion content to elevate the brand's digital presence globally. Role: Motion Graphics & Video Editor Salary: up to £35K Location: London (on-site) Key Responsibilities Edit high-impact video content: Turn raw footage into polished, brand-aligned narratives for social media (Reels, TikTok, Shorts), campaign launches, and store openings with strong pacing and visual flow. Motion Graphics & Animation: Design and animate 2D elements, text, logos, and in-store menu board visuals to elevate visual storytelling. AI-Assisted Workflow: Leverage AI-powered creative tools to generate visual assets, environments, and video content to deliver innovative work at scale. Narrative & Sound Design: Craft compelling narratives by managing timing, sound design, and visual rhythm. Multi-Platform Optimization: Optimize and export assets for various formats and ratios (Social, Web, Digital Screens) ensuring all technical specifications are met. Template Development: Create reusable motion templates for global teams to maintain brand consistency during expansion. Requirements Software Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Technical Expertise: Strong experience in motion graphics, typography animation, and compositing. AI Proficiency: Experience with AI video platforms, generative tools, and AI-assisted editing workflows. Creative Vision: A solid grasp of typography, color theory, layout, and a keen eye for detail and brand consistency. Social-First Mindset: Proven experience creating content specifically for social-first formats and aesthetics. Collaborative Spirit: Ability to translate creative briefs into visual concepts and work confidently with creative teams and external partners.
