Class 1/2 Driver
Job Summary: As a Tanker Driver you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of Waste Water to various destinations. You will operate and maintain a tanker truck, ensuring all safety regulations and company policies are met.
Key Responsibilities:
* Safely operate a tanker truck to esnure all targets are met.
* Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
* Load and unload using appropriate equipment and following all safety procedures.
* Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, Loads taken, and other required documentation.
* Communicate effectively with the planning team, customers, and other team members.
* Perform routine maintenance and report any issues or needed repairs to the maintenance team.
Essential Skills:
* Full Class 1/ 2 HGV licence
* Valid CPC & Tachograph Card
* No more than 6 points
* MUST HAVE AT LEAST 6 MONTHS CLASS 1/2 EXPERIENCE
We are looking for Day drivers working 0600 Start and Night drivers working 1800 start. Shifts average 14/15hours per shift
4 on 4 off rota.
