Package
* Salary £35,000–£38,000 per annum depending on experience
* Hybrid: 3 days a week in the Shrivenham studio

The Company
* Design & build consultancy specialising in hospitality, food & beverage, sports, and leisure interiors
* Projects across stadiums, arenas, racecourses, universities, and corporate venues
* Long-serving team with excellent retention and a collaborative studio culture
* Expertise in delivering turnkey projects from concept to completion
The Role
* Produce high-quality AutoCAD drawing packs, FF&E schedules, and technical detailing
* Support senior designers on live projects, including client visits and site surveys
* Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and 3D visualisation teams
* Contribute to both fast-turnaround fit-outs and large-scale venue transformations
* Translate design concepts into operationally-sound environments
About You
* 2–5 years' interior design experience, ideally in hospitality or commercial projects
* Proficient in AutoCAD with excellent technical drawing ability
* Strong FF&E knowledge and detailing experience
* Adobe Creative Suite skills (InDesign, Photoshop) desirable
* Collaborative, detail-focused, and able to juggle multiple projects
* Passion for sport, live events, and hospitality environments
