This band 7 Team Lead post is based in the Newly developed Aintree Therapy Home First Team, on the Aintree Site of University Hospital of Liverpool Group. The role combines Clinical and Non-clinical responsibilities across a 7 day service, including carrying out clinical care and community assessments with patients in their home environments.

The focus of this team is Discharge to Assess visits. You will lead a team of OTs, Physios, Assistant Practitioners & Therapy Assistants, providing supervision, appraisal, training and service improvement. Any training you require to fulfil this post will be available to you, along with regular supervision from a therapy lead.

There is an expectation to be flexible over a 7 day service. Flexible working will be considered. Community working experience is desirable. Car driver/access to own vehicle is desirable.
