Key Information: Role: Food & Beverage Supervisor Salary: £ 13.45 p/h Hours of Work: 40 hrs weekly Location: Slough, England SL1 2YE, United Kingdom What we are looking for in a Restaurant Supervisor: Prior experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or Head Waiter/Waitress within a fast-paced restaurant or Hotel restaurant environment Passion for food and hospitality, along with the eagerness to continually learn Creative approach with impeccable attention to detail Lead by example in the operation and support the food and beverage team Have a confident and outgoing personality Being able to confidently communicate all our food and beverage offerings available to customers. Accurately dealing with all payment transactions (cash, card and room charging) in the correct manner according to company guidelines. Providing a warm and welcoming service at all touch points with the guests ensuring that any queries or requirements are dealt with accordingly.
