We’re now looking for a friendly, professional, and highly organised Customer Service Advisor to be the welcoming face and voice of our busy automotive repair centre in Newark. This is a key front-of-house role where you’ll ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience from first contact thr ough to vehicle collection. Key Responsibilities Welcome customers in person and over the phone in a professional, friendly manner Manage repair bookings, vehicle handovers, and customer updates Liaise with technicians, insurers, and suppliers to ensure smooth communication Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally Maintain accurate records with strong attention to detail What We’re Looking For Previous experience in customer service or administration (automotive experience desirable but not essential) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment Confident IT skills and willingness to learn new systems A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service What We Offer Competitive salary with performance-related bonus opportunities Ongoing training and clear career development pathways A supportive, team-focused working environment If you take pride in delivering great service and want to be part of a customer-first business, we’d love to hear from you.
