Office Administrator Location: Yeovil, Somerset Salary: £27,500 per annum / £13.22 - £13.70 PH DOE Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm (with a half day off in the week if working a Saturday morning every other week) Alternative working hours available to suit you: e.g. 8:30am – 5:00pm (30 minute lunch break) Contract Type: Temp to perm Start Date: ASAP We’re looking for a motivated and adaptable Office Administrator to join a small, busy, and fast-paced team in Yeovil. This is a varied role that will suit someone proactive with strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask. You’ll be involved in a wide range of administrative and compliance tasks and play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly. The Role Duties will include (but not be limited to): Managing compliance and health & safety documentation Preparing and sending customer quotes Booking appointments and scheduling servicing work Providing general administrative support to the wider team Liaising with engineers and customers via phone and email The Ideal Candidate Previous experience in administration, office support, or scheduling Willing to learn and grow within the role – this is not a sit-back-and-cruise job Strong communication skills and a confident, professional manner Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks Comfortable using Microsoft Office and general office systems Experience with compliance or H&S administration is beneficial What’s in it for you?
