Purposeof the job
Within the role youwill lead a team of partnershipmanagers providing guidance and support in achievingpartnership targets and goals. You will leadwith experience inbuilding a highquality experience ecosystem able to conceptualizeand cocreate experiences with partners at lounges and at airportswhere we face capacity price or qualitychallenges.
You will havedirectaccountability forsome of the strategic partners and bring adeepunderstanding of airport ecosystem to drive newlines of revenue. Strong commercialacumen drives real competitive advantage by securingcompetitive commercial terms to enhance margin and securingexclusivity where appropriate to restrict competitive activity.Motivate inspire and lead with a passion for leadingcustomer experience.
Working tosupport the EMEA Director of Partnerships your role will requireyou to collaborate with internal teams (Commercial ProcurementFinance Product Operations Data Insights Technical Delivery andMarketing teams) to deliver strategy establishframeworks evidence strong prioritization planning ensuregovernance and inform key strategic projects andstrong team leadership to ensure thebusiness meets the strategic goal of increasing thesize and value of our market leading travel experienceecosystem driving a loyal client partner andconsumer base.
KeyResponsibilities
* Strategy Development of strategic plans considering markettrends and competitors. Fullfill and align the EMEA strategy forLounge & other Inventory across the travel ecosystemworking collaboratively to ensure the team and direct reportsdeliver on this strategy and inform new proposition and drivestrategic and financial success for the region
* Commercial Account/Contract Management Foster and maintain strong longterm relationshipswith existing and potential partners. Provide guidance andmodelling on negotiations ensuring efficiency alignment andgovernance across the team.
* Commercial Negotiation ensure optimum commercial terms and conditions for new strategicpartnerships as well as strengthening and leveraging the terms andscope of current relationships.
* New Business source prospectnegotiate and win new relevant & financially rewardingcommercial partnerships to broaden the scope size and value of ourairport experience ecosystem.
* Analysis and Reporting Develop and implement metrics to track the performance andeffectiveness of partnerships. Analyze and provide analyticalinsight into the performance of the partner portfolio and itspotential growth and strategic development; lead by example sharingoutputs and honing use of key analysis tools across the team todrive relevant & financially rewardingpartnerships.
* Content ManagementEnsure the integrity and accuracy of partnershipcontent and inform new efficiencies to manage and broaden scope ofcontent to market.
* Marketing collaborate withMarketing to plan and enable partners to have the best exposurethrough different channels. Inform and cooperate in the strategicmarketing plan to ensure best in class marketing and brand supportacross the travel experiencesecosystem.
* Collaboration andSupport: Work closely with Partnerships &Market Experience Director EMEA and liaise with him before takingstrategic and high level commercialdecisions.
Keyknowledge skills and experiencerequired
* Experience inCommercial Account &Contract Management are essential to the role
* Relevant sector experienceessential across relevant industries to include butnot limited to Airline and Airports.
* Essentialhighly numerate with sound analyticalskills
* Strongnetworker and communicator and able towork across departments and comfortable working with multipleactivities in parallel
