Product Solution Specialist (all genders)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide tailored solar PV solutions.
* Conduct site assessments (remote or on-site) and feasibility studies.
* Prepare technical proposals, system designs, and cost-benefit analysis.
* Deliver product presentations and technical demonstrations to clients.
* Assist in tender preparation and respond to RFPs/RFQs.

2. Mid-Sales Engagement

* Act as the technical point of contact during the sales process.
* Customize solutions based on evolving client feedback and site-specific constraints.
* Coordinate with engineering and procurement teams to validate system configurations.
* Support contract negotiations with technical inputs and risk assessments.
* Ensure smooth handover to project execution teams.
* Provide technical support during installation, commissioning, and testing phases.
* Troubleshoot and resolve system performance issues.
* Conduct training sessions for clients on system operation and maintenance.
* Gather feedback for continuous product and service improvement.

4. Solution Sales & Product Strategy

* Stay updated on the latest solar PV technologies, inverters, batteries, and monitoring systems.
* Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling complementary products (e.g., energy storage, EV chargers).
* Collaborate with product development teams to refine offerings based on market trends and customer feedback.
* Support marketing with technical content for brochures, datasheets, and case studies.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, renewable energy, or related field.
* 2+ years of experience in solar PV system design, sales engineering, or technical support.
* Proficiency in PV design software (e.g., PVsyst, Helioscope, AutoCAD).
* Strong understanding of grid-tied and off-grid systems, inverters, and battery storage.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
* Fluent in English, another European language or Chinese is preferred.
* Willing to travel frequently (≥30%).
