Overview
We have a vacancy for a Band 6 Deputy Ward Manager to assist in leading and developing a fabulous team and invite suitable applicants to apply.
We are looking for an individual who is a dynamic, highly motivated and a passionate nurse, committed to high quality patient care. The post holder must have a flexible approach, have experience in supporting the delivery of high standards of nursing care for patients within the acute medical pathway, and will be able to demonstrate excellent clinical leadership and communication skills across the multi-disciplinary team.
About the Trust
We manage three major locality hospitals at North Tyneside, Wansbeck and Hexham, plus a number of smaller community hospitals and clinics from Tynemouth to Berwick on Tweed, in addition to our state-of-the-art Northumbria Specialist Emergency Care Hospital, the first of its kind in England.
