Moore Barlow is currently seeking a Lawyer to join our Plot Sales Team based at our offices in Chandler’s Ford.
Day To Day
* As a Lawyer within the Plot Sales Team you will, with the support of a dedicated Legal Assistant, manage your own caseload of plot sales transactions.
* These transactions will be numerous and varied, and you will work exclusively with a specific group of clients, building close working relationships with key figures such as sales reps in order to fully understand that client’s objectives and ensure a smooth and successful transaction.
* This position offers an excellent opportunity for further professional growth and development, with mentoring and support from highly-experienced colleagues as you establish yourself as an expert in this area.
What We Look For
* We welcome applications from Solicitors, Legal Executives, Conveyancers, and those who are “qualified by experience”; in short, it is about your experience, as opposed to your qualifications.
* At least one year of experience managing Plot Sales transactions, or similar (such as Residential Conveyancing).
* Calm under pressure, proactive, and adaptable to changing priorities at short notice.
* Strong communication skills, a passion for helping clients achieve their goals, and the ability to think creatively.
* Full-time role with flexibility for a remote/office split; we are open to alternative working patterns.
