With significant investment in new technology, upgraded operations, and a long–term plan to increase output by 50% over the next five years, the organisation is now seeking an experienced Senior HSE Manager to lead its next chapter of development.
Job Description
* Define and deliver the organisation's HSE strategy and long–term vision
* Advise senior leadership on all aspects of safety and environmental legislation
* Develop subject matter expertise in evolving regulatory requirements
* Act as a visible role model for HSE excellence
* Lead, motivate, and develop a team of specialists
* Drive performance through SMART objectives and structured development plans
* Implement new processes to enhance efficiency and operational standards
* Collaborate cross–functionally to support wider business goals
The Successful Applicant
* Inspirational leadership style with the ability to influence at all levels
* Strong passion for health, safety, environment, and quality
* Proactive, autonomous, and adaptable approach
* Excellent communication and stakeholder–management skills
* NEBOSH Certificate (Diploma desirable)
* Additional professional qualifications/memberships (e.g., DGSA, FPA, ISEP, IQA, IRCA Lead Auditor)
