This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and proactive Business Development professional to join our team and play a key role in supporting and growing our SME employer base.
You'll be instrumental in helping businesses expand, overcome barriers to growth, and unlock new opportunities through strategic relationship management and bespoke training solutions.
About the role
As Account Manager, you will build strong, lasting relationships with employers and industry partners, identifying skills gaps and workforce development needs. You'll provide tailored solutions that support long-term success and contribute to the growth of our apprenticeship, T-Level, and commercial offer. Your focus will be on securing both repeat and new business, strengthening our employer network, and driving sustainable growth through effective engagement and collaboration.
Key responsibilities:
* Build and manage strong relationships with SME employers and industry partners.
* Promote and implement Apprenticeships, T-Levels, and commercial training solutions.
* Identify new business opportunities and maintain accurate records using CRM systems.
* Attend networking events and represent the full Reaseheath offer.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
* Create engaging client-facing presentations and materials.
Experience and skills:
* Experience in identifying and developing B2B relationships to build and enhance a customer base.
* Proven success in business development and securing repeat business.
* Experience in promoting and implementing Apprenticeships and full-cost training.
* Strong client-facing presentation and communication skills.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
