Key Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day business operations and ensure alignment with company objectives
* Manage and maintain relationships with key clients, including clients from China and the Greater China region
* Act as a main point of contact for China-based clients, ensuring effective communication and service delivery
* Coordinate with internal teams to support client requirements
* Support business development initiatives, including onboarding new clients and expanding existing accounts
* Prepare management reports, operational updates, and performance reviews for senior management
* Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and service standards
* Assist in strategic planning and implementation of regional growth initiatives
Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or a related field
* Minimum 2 years of relevant managerial or supervisory experience
* Prior working experience or exposure to the Great China market is required
* Ability to communicate professionally with clients in China (spoken and written Mandarin required)
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* Good understanding of business operations, client servicing, and cross-border coordination
* Proactive, well-organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
