How You'll Make an Impact
* Lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of seasonal campaigns, product launches, and onsite promotions.
* Collaborate with Brand Marketing, CRM, Digital Design, SEO, and external partners to deliver cohesive, high-performing campaigns.
* Present clear digital campaign strategies and plans to stakeholders, including timelines and KPIs.
* Oversee the Digital Trading Executive, providing mentoring, guidance, and support.
* Analyse campaign performance, identifying trends and making data-driven recommendations to improve results.
* Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform campaign planning.
* Ensure all digital trading activity aligns with the wider marketing calendar and business objectives.
