Role: Tech Lead (Java)
Location: London once a month

The role
-- Lead the technical direction for a cross-functional squad of 4
-- ~60% hands-on, ~40% strategy, mentoring and architectural decisions
-- Java, Spring framework, Microservices, plus some exposure to JS/TS/React (Cloud native environment - GCP.) You'll be setting the standard for excellence!
Process:
1) 30 minute conversation with the Head of Engineering
2) Take-home tech task (yes you can use AI...and it's encouraged)
3) Final 60 minute chat with the wider team (remote)
