Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to oversee and manage our construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to customer service.
Duties
* Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
* Coordinate and manage subcontractors and labourers to ensure efficient workflow.
* Conduct regular inspections of the site to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
* Maintain clear communication with clients, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
* Prepare reports on project progress, including timelines and resource allocation.
* Ensure all materials are ordered and delivered on time to meet project deadlines.
* Foster a positive working environment that encourages teamwork and high-quality workmanship.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Construction Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
* Strong driving skills with a valid driving licence.
* Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, to facilitate effective communication with team members and clients.
* Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* Strong organisational skills with an attention to detail to ensure project specifications are met.
