As a Bartender, we will support you to :

What Youll Do :
Create and serve beautiful cocktails, wines, beers, and coffee with precision and style
Share your drinks knowledge with guestswhether its explaining the botanicals in a gin or recommending a perfect wine pairing
Keep the bar immaculate and well-stocked, prepping fresh ingredients and ensuring every detail is perfect
Help drive sales through up selling and engaging interactions
Support your team, have fun, and make sure every guest feels welcomed and wowed
What Were Looking For:
A confident bartender with proven cocktail and bar service experience
A passion for premium spirits, wines, and all things drinks-related
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-end hospitality environment
Friendly, engaging, and always ready to go the extra mile
A team player who takes pride in their work and appearance
Someone who brings positive energy and professionalism to every shift
We can offer you
Financial security - £13.30 per hour (£27,664 per annum FTE), guaranteed hours, paid overtime, a free meal on shift, enhanced sick pay! Plus, Tronc paid monthly if in eligible role.
