Interim Recruitment Assistant - Remote
Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant with extensive knowledge and experience of the full employee life cycle and available to start immediately?
Full Time- Monday to Friday
Start date: 30th June
£13.50 per hour- Weekly pay
My client based within the charity sector is looking for an experience recruitment professional to join their team on a FTC until September 2025 with the possibility that the role may be extended.
Successful candidates must demonstrate the below within their CV:
-Experience of the full employee life cycle
-General HR experience
-General payroll experience
Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.
2. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate records of candidate interactions.
3. Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates regarding their application status.
4. Support the recruitment team in developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies.
5. Prepare recruitment reports and provide insights on candidate pipelines and market trends.
6. Assist in the on boarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
7. Engage with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide guidance on best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
8. Proven experience in a recruitment or HR support role.
9. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
10. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
11. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
12. Ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
13. Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
14. A relevant qualification in Human Resources or a related field is desirable.
