We are currently working with a well-established housing provider who are looking to recruit an experienced Multi Trade Operative on a permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable organisation delivering essential repairs and maintenance within residential properties, with strong earning potential and long-term security.
Duties will include:
* Carrying out a range of repairs and maintenance works across carpentry, plumbing and other wet trades
* Working on both occupied and void residential properties
* Diagnosing faults and completing first-time fix repairs where possible
* Undertaking additional multi-trade works such as basic plastering, decorating and general repairs
* Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety requirements
* Managing workload effectively, planning jobs and ensuring materials are available
* Using handheld devices to update and close jobs in real time
* Providing excellent customer service when working in tenanted properties
What we are looking for:
1. Proven experience as a Multi Trade Operative
2. Time served or relevant qualification in carpentry, plumbing or wet trades
