We are working with a well-established fire & security business in Glasgow that is looking to add a Business Development Executive to their growing team. The Role: As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth across the fire and security sector. Responsibilities will include: * Identifying and contacting new business opportunities within commercial and industrial sectors. * Presenting and promoting fire & security solutions to prospective clients. * Building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers. * Attending client meetings, preparing proposals, and closing sales opportunities. * Meeting and exceeding agreed sales targets. * Conducting market research and providing feedback to support business development strategies. * Ensuring exceptional after-sales support and customer satisfaction. Skills & Experience Required: * Proven track record in sales / business development, within fire, security, electrical, or related technical industries. * Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently. * Excellent organisational and time management skills. * Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office. * Valid UK driver’s licence (essential). Package & Benefits: * Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 DOE commission/bonus * Company car provided * Monday – Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm * Friday: 8:00am – 2:00pm (early finish!) * Company pension scheme * Career development and progression opportunities
