Role Summary
We are seeking an exceptional Property & Lifestyle Sales Consultant to join our international team. This role requires a sophisticated sales professional who understands the nuances of luxury markets across the UK, GCC, Europe, and United States. The ideal candidate will possess both the consultative approach required for high-net-worth client relationships and the commercial acumen to drive significant revenue growth.
This position demands cross-cultural fluency, with the ability to navigate seamlessly between Western and Middle Eastern business cultures, while maintaining the discretion and professionalism expected in luxury lifestyle sales.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
* Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals and family offices across UK, GCC, Europe, and US markets
* Conduct comprehensive lifestyle and property consultations, understanding nuanced client preferences and requirements
* Serve as trusted advisor for property acquisitions, lifestyle curation, and exclusive partnership opportunities
* Manage end-to-end sales cycle from initial consultation through transaction completion and post-sale relationship management
Business Development
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets through strategic networking and relationship building
* Represent The Sybarite at luxury industry events, yacht shows, property exhibitions, and exclusive gatherings
* Build strategic partnerships with luxury brands, property developers, private banks, and family office advisors
* Develop market intelligence on luxury property trends and high-net-worth lifestyle preferences across regions
Portfolio Management
* Curate and present luxury property portfolios aligned with client investment criteria and lifestyle preferences
* Coordinate property viewings, lifestyle experiences, and bespoke presentations for prospective clients
* Collaborate with property owners, developers, and lifestyle partners to secure exclusive access and opportunities
* Maintain detailed client preferences database and property portfolio management systems
Commercial Performance
* Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets across property sales and lifestyle partnerships
* Negotiate complex transactions involving multi-million pound properties and exclusive lifestyle agreements
* Manage sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting across multiple territories
* Coordinate with legal, financial, and operational teams to ensure seamless transaction execution
Required Qualifications
* Minimum 7+ years experience in luxury property sales, private banking, family office advisory, or high-end lifestyle consulting
* Proven track record of closing transactions exceeding £5M+ in value with high-net-worth clientele
* Demonstrated experience working across international markets, specifically UK and GCC regions
* Existing network of high-net-worth contacts and proven ability to generate new business opportunities
* Cultural fluency and business acumen in both Western and Middle Eastern markets
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build trust with discerning clients
* Willingness to travel extensively across UK, Europe, GCC, and United States (approximately 40-50% travel)
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications
* Multilingual capabilities; Arabic, French, or other languages highly valued
* Experience with GCC Vision 2030 initiatives and regional economic development programs
* Background in luxury hospitality, yacht sales, aviation, or ultra-premium lifestyle sectors
* Professional certifications in real estate, wealth management, or related luxury sectors
* Familiarity with international property law, tax implications, and cross-border transaction structures
* Active participation in luxury lifestyle networks, private clubs, or industry associations
