Customer Service / Admin Advsior
Location: Harrow
Full-Time | Permanent
Salary: £28,000 per annum
Monday-Friday | 08:00-18:00 (Winter) / 08:00-17:00 (Summer)

our client is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and experienced Customer Service Agent to join our busy, friendly team. This is more than just a call handling job - it's a crucial role that helps shape the customer experience from start to finish.
If you've worked as a Repairs Administrator, Planner, or Dispatcher - and have a passion for delivering top-tier customer service - we want to hear from you!
Your duties:
1. Handling inbound and outbound customer calls and emails
2. Booking and scheduling jobs for our engineering team
3. Managing diaries and ensuring timely job completions
4. Following up with customers and resolving queries quickly
5. Raising POs and invoices, ordering parts, and managing stock needs
6. Running reports and ensuring compliance standards are met
7. Taking ownership of issues, escalating where necessary, and ensuring fast, effective resolutions
8. Ensuring a high-quality customer journey from start to finish
What You'll Need:
9. Solid experience in customer service or call operations
10. Experience with scheduling, planning, or repairs admin
11. Strong working knowledge of Outlook, Excel & email management
12. Excellent communication and people skills
13. Ability to work independently and use your initiative
14. A proactive mindset and attention to detail
