Job Description The Business Planning Specialist supports the planning, governance, and prioritization of Three Mobile's Portfolio Delivery and support wider business planning across Three Mobile. Working closely with the Senior Product & Propositions Strategy, Discovery, and Business Planning Manager, this role focuses on integrated business planning, portfolio tracking, delivery governance and reporting across wider portfolio and delivery. What you'll do Delivery Governance & Steerco Support Own the preparation and coordination of Three Mobile's Portfolio Release delivery governance forums, including Steercos and portfolio reviews. Produce clear, concise documentation that set out progress, risks, dependencies, and decisions required. Track actions and outcomes to ensure follow-through and accountability. Communicate all post deployment & release comms and risks and issues identified. Portfolio Prioritization and Delivery Support prioritization across new and change initiatives, maintaining a clear view of demand, capacity, and dependencies - coordinating different product teams. Apply agreed prioritization frameworks to support trade-off discussions and sequencing decisions, ensuring focus on the highest-value and most critical activity. Maintain a clear, up-to-date view of delivery items across different products and propositions lines/teams. Ensure initiatives are consistently documented, including scope, ownership, timelines, dependencies, and status Act as the single source of truth for portfolio delivery activity across Three Mobile. Input the Three Mobile Demand & priority order across wider Enterprise portfolio Backlog & Initiative Documentation and Tracking Maintain a comprehensive, up-to-date record of all product and transformation initiatives and future roadmap - including scope, priorities, dependencies, and delivery status.. Ensure documentation supports portfolio transparency, decision-making, and cross-functional alignment. Three Mobile Forum Coordination & Outputs Support coordinating and organizing the delivery of high-quality outputs into key Three Mobile governance and leadership forums. Work closely with Senior Manager and Three Mobile's leadership team to align on agenda management, collation of inputs, preparation of packs, capture of decisions and actions, and tracking of follow-ups to ensure clear outcomes and momentum. Qualifications Who you are Proven ability to manage prioritization and change across different projects. Highly organized, with strong documentation and tracking skills. Confident summarizing complex delivery information into clear, decision-ready outputs. Strong stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams. Comfortable challenging priorities and surfacing trade-offs constructively.
