Package
* £45,000 - £50,000 depending on experience
* Company vehicle or car allowance
* Pension scheme

* 28 days holiday including bank holidays
* Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00
The Role
As Group Fleet Maintenance Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring the fleet remains compliant, safe, available and cost‑effective.
Your duties will include:
* Leading fleet maintenance operations across multiple locations.
* Driving preventative maintenance programmes and best practice.
* Ensuring compliance with DVSA regulations and Operator Licence requirements.
* Managing workshops, technicians and maintenance teams.
* Monitoring fleet performance, downtime and maintenance costs.Managing supplier relationships and maintenance contracts.
* Supporting long‑term fleet replacement and asset management strategies.
* Delivering continuous improvement projects and operational efficiencies.
* Reporting directly to senior leadership on fleet performance and compliance.

We'd like to speak with candidates who have experience as:
* Fleet Maintenance Manager
* Fleet Engineering Manager
* Head of Fleet
* Workshop Manager
* Transport Maintenance Manager
* Engineering Manager
* Regional Fleet Manager
* Commercial Vehicle Maintenance Manager
You'll ideally have:
* Multi‑site fleet or workshop management experience.
* Strong commercial vehicle maintenance knowledge.
* Excellent understanding of DVSA compliance and Operator Licence requirements.
* CPC qualifications (desirable)
* Experience managing maintenance budgets and suppliers.
* Strong leadership and people management skills.
* A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.
