Are you a recent geology, geoscience or geotechnical engineering graduate with an interest in ground investigation? A geotechnical and environmental consultancy is seeking an ambitious Graduate Geotechnical Engineer to join their team in Hertfordshire. The Graduate Geotechnical Engineer selected will be offered a site and office based role. You'll be assisting with site walkovers, writing factual and interpretive reports, carrying out soil and rock logging, groundwater and gas monitoring, trial pitting, carrying out phase 1 desk studies and observing day‑to‑day tasks to develop knowledge.
To be considered for this Graduate Geotechnical Engineer role you must therefore
* Have a minimum of a BSc in geology, geotechnical engineering, or geoscience (Masters preferred)
* Candidates must also hold a full UK Driving Licence
* Have a full right to work in the UK
* Live in or be commutable to Hertfordshire and surrounding areas
* Be willing to work outdoors in all environments
