My client, a well-established specialist contractor in the structural repair and maintenance sector, is seeking an experienced Concrete Repair Supervisor to join their growing team based in Birtley. This is a permanent opportunity offering a stable workload and the chance to work on a variety of infrastructure projects across the region.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervising site teams delivering concrete repair works to the required standards
* Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with project specifications
* Reading and interpreting technical drawings and method statements
* Coordinating materials, labour, and on-site activities
* Acting as the point of contact for site queries and liaising with clients and senior management
* Completing site reports and maintaining accurate records
Candidate Requirements
* Previous experience in concrete repairs
* Valid CSCS card
* Full UK driving licence
* Strong leadership skills with a hands‑on, proactive attitude
* Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities
