£735-£788 Weekly Rate | Up to £50 Contribution Travel Expenses | £40 Weekly Food Allowance | Expert training provided | Live-in role with paid breaks

Responsibilities
* Deliver personal care that’s tailored to the customer and encourages their independence
* Assist with personal care like washing, dressing, toileting and mobility
* Manage their medication and prep their meals
* Take care of household tasks like laundry, cleaning, shopping and errands
* Support customers in staying connected to their community through social activities, hobbies, and visits from loved ones
* Offer comfort and care through illness, hospital visits, or end-of-life care
* Work independently while staying connected with our care team for support and guidance
* Paid Holiday Entitlement
* Pension Scheme and up to £50 travel expense reimbursement
* £40 Weekly Food Allowance
* Paid breaks and accommodation while on placement
* Ongoing supervision and support from our dedicated team
* Flexible working patterns (often 1-3 weeks on, followed by breaks)
Requirements
* A kind and caring nature
* Ability to live with customers for agreed shifts
* Follow care plans and Bluebird Care Policies
* Commit to training, professionalism and confidentiality
* Have a Right to Work in the UK
* Previous experience is beneficial but not necessary
