Complex Needs Support Assistant – PMLD Specialist – Full-Time, Temporary – Walsall Salary: £88.92–£95.42 per day The School and Role This is a deeply rewarding opportunity to support pupils with Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD) in a specialist SEND school in Walsall. We are seeking a compassionate, hands-on Complex Needs Support Assistant to provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with complex medical, physical, and communication needs. You will play a vital role in helping pupils access learning, develop communication, and achieve meaningful daily progress in a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment. This role is ideal for candidates from care, support work, nursing, or SEND backgrounds who want to make a genuine difference.
