Job Description
* Manage the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements.
* Analyse tax regulations and translate them into actionable tax planning strategies.
* Cooperate with tax auditors to achieve optimal outcomes in audits.
* Develop tax strategies to optimise the efficiency of tax procedures and the amount of payable tax.
* Conduct complex tax research projects for senior management.
* Generate tax reports for management and regulatory authorities.
* Recommend tax strategies that align with business goals.
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on tax matters.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Tax Analyst should have:
* A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field.
* Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.
* Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills.
* Strong understanding of tax code, compliance and procedures for corporations.
* Familiarity with industrial / manufacturing industry tax regulations.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
