Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various environments, including residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong commitment to delivering high-quality cleaning services while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
* Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
* Manage laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing.
* Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, waxing, and carpet cleaning to maintain the appearance of all flooring types.
* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning tasks.
* Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and equipment is maintained in good working condition.
* Follow safety protocols and sanitation guidelines to create a safe environment for clients and staff.
* Assist with janitorial tasks in commercial settings as needed, ensuring all areas are clean and presentable.
* Collaborate with housekeeping management to implement effective cleaning strategies and schedules.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles is preferred; hotel or commercial cleaning experience is a plus.
* Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and cleaning techniques.
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team while managing time effectively.
* Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
* Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
* Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods.

Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
